I started Carlisle Lawn and Landscape after leaving a career in Finance.  Managing employees and vendors in the cube farm just wasn't doing it for me.  I have always like creating things and being outside.  Owning and operating a full service landscape business was it for me! 

My philosophy for my business model comprises of a few key points. 

1.  If my wife would sign off on it, the job is good.  She has some pretty high standards and if I see that she would approve, I have a job well done.

2.  This is your yard and oasis.  My job is to facilitate your ideas, wants and needs.  You have to look at it every day.  I want to make sure you are happy with the choice you made.

3.  Your satisfaction.  If you are not happy, then I need to try and change that.
